IN ONE PARAGRAPH

Wellspring is general wellness education for a Malaysian audience, not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing here replaces a qualified healthcare professional. We name no products and take no payment from any brand to feature products on this site. If you choose to have a conversation with one of our guides, any discussion of specific products happens privately and is entirely your choice.

THE SHORT VERSION
  • Education, not advice. Everything here is general information about nutrients, sleep, stress and lifestyle — not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you.
  • No brand pays us. We do not accept money from any supplement brand to feature, rank or recommend products on this site.
  • No products named here. We explain mechanisms and nutrients, not brands. There are no buy buttons, prices or affiliate links anywhere on Wellspring.
  • Any product talk is private and optional. It only ever happens in a one-to-one chat, only when something genuinely fits what you've told us, and never as a condition of reading or talking to us — the choice is always yours.
  • See a professional. For anything about your own health, please speak to a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
§01WHAT THIS SITE IS

What is Wellspring, exactly?

Wellspring is an independent, evidence-based wellness-education site for a Malaysian audience. Its purpose is to help you understand everyday energy, fatigue and healthy ageing in plain language — by explaining the real mechanisms behind tiredness (iron, B12 and vitamin D status, sleep, stress, and how your cells make energy) rather than selling a quick fix. It is a place to learn, not a clinic and not a shop.

We try to grade the evidence honestly. Where the science is mixed or weak, we say so. Where a claim rests on a study, we link to the source so you can check it yourself. That is the whole standard, and it is the same standard we hold across every page.

§02NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Is anything on Wellspring medical advice?

No. Everything on Wellspring is general wellness education and is not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and we cannot tell you what is happening in your body or what you personally should take. Information here is no substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who can assess your own situation.

Fatigue and low energy can have many causes, some of which need proper medical attention. If you are persistently tired, unwell, pregnant, managing a health condition, or taking medication, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist before making changes — including before starting any supplement. We stay firmly in the nutrition-and-lifestyle lane and do not give clinical, prescription or diagnostic guidance of any kind.

§03NO BRAND, NO PAYMENT

Do any brands pay you to feature their products?

No brand pays Wellspring to feature, rank, review or recommend its products on this site. We do not run supplement advertising here, we carry no affiliate links, no buy buttons and no prices, and we do not name specific products at all. When we write about nutrients such as iron, B12, vitamin D, magnesium, CoQ10 or omega-3, we are describing how those nutrients work in the body — not pointing you to anything to buy.

In the interest of full honesty: the guides who run Wellspring are independent wellness consultants, and their separate consulting work may involve nutrition products. That work is kept entirely off this site. Nothing you read here is shaped by it, and the education stands on its own regardless of whether you ever speak to us.

§04HOW THE CHAT WORKS

What happens if I message a guide?

If you choose to start a chat, you reach a real, Malaysia-based wellness guide for an informal one-to-one conversation about your energy and lifestyle. It is free, there is no obligation, and you can stop at any time. The goal of that chat is to help you make sense of your own situation in plain language — not to sell you anything.

The guides do not diagnose you and will point you to a healthcare professional for anything clinical. Any conversation about specific products is private to that chat, only comes up if something genuinely fits what you've shared, and is always entirely your decision — we'll also be upfront that we work with it. You are never required to buy anything to read this site or to talk to us, and a recommendation will never be presented as medical treatment.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Wellspring is general wellness education and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We name no products and accept no brand payment to feature products on this site. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional with any questions about your own health, and before starting any new supplement.
