Tell us what's draining your energy — tired all the time, an afternoon crash, foggy thinking — and a real person will reply, usually within one working day. It's a calm, no-pressure chat, not a sales call. This is general wellness education, not medical advice.

  • How we keep this free — we take no brand payment; your guides are independent wellness consultants whose separate work can involve nutrition products, kept off this site.

How do I get in touch?

The easiest way to get in touch with Wellspring is to message one of our wellness guides on Instagram. There's no form to fill in first and nothing to download. Open the chat, write a sentence or two about what's going on with your energy, and we'll take it from there. You're welcome to send a voice note if that's easier — whatever feels natural.

Not sure what to say?

Most people start with one plain line — something like “I'm tired all the time even after I sleep,” or “I keep crashing after lunch,” or “I'm in my 40s and my energy just isn't what it was.” That's plenty. You don't need to have it figured out before you message; figuring it out is the point of the chat. Can I send a message without Instagram?

Yes. If you'd rather not use Instagram, you can leave a short message using the form below and tell us how you'd like us to reply — by email or phone. We only ask for what we need to get back to you, and we'll reply within one working day. We never share your details, and we won't add you to any list unless you tick the box to ask us to.

What can a Wellspring chat actually help with?

A Wellspring chat helps you make sense of everyday tiredness and healthy ageing — understanding which common drivers (such as iron, B12 or vitamin D status, sleep, stress, or how your cells make energy) might apply to you, and what the evidence does and doesn't support. We explain mechanisms in plain language and point you to good sources. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret your blood tests, or replace your doctor.

How quickly will someone reply?

Usually within one working day (Monday to Friday, Malaysia time). We're a small, two-person team and we reply to every message ourselves, so the occasional busy week may add a little time — thank you for your patience.

Is the chat free, and will you try to sell me something?

The conversation is free and there's no obligation, and the site itself sells nothing. In the chat, our aim is to help you understand your own energy. If something we genuinely use looks like a real fit for you, we'll mention it and be upfront that we work with it — but there's never any pressure, and whether to act on it is entirely your call.

Do I have to use Instagram?

No. Instagram is simply the easiest channel for a back-and-forth, but you can use the form on this page instead and ask us to reply by email. Use whichever you're comfortable with.

Can you tell me what's wrong with me or read my blood tests?

No — and we'll be honest about that. We can explain what common fatigue drivers are, what the evidence says, and what questions are worth raising with your doctor. We don't diagnose, interpret test results, or replace medical care. For anything clinical, please see a doctor or pharmacist.

What happens to the details I send?

We use them only to reply to you, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We don't sell or share your information, and we won't add you to any mailing list unless you specifically tick the optional box to ask us to. You can read the full privacy notice any time.

What's the best way to start the conversation?
